MY NAME IS JOHN THOROGOOD I HAVE BEEN PESTERED BY COLD CALLERS FOR SOME TIME NOW ,AND GOT FED UP WITH IT. I WAS CONTACTED BY ZANDAR ENTERPRISES AND HAD A NICKY BAKER CALL ON ME TODAY 26/10/12 SHE SEEMED A VERY HONEST PERSON.
SHE WENT THROUGH ALL THE PAPER WORK I HAD AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE TO
GET MY RECLAIM MONEY BACK. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND ME A DATE TO SEND MY RECLAIM CERTIFICATE OFF,WITHIN 7 TO 14 DAYS. SHE WANTED A CHEQUE FOR A TENTH OF THE RECLAIM AMOUNT £1432-00. I GAVE HER THE CHEQUE.
HAVE I BEEN CONNED AGAIN?

Had a call from a Richard Stenson of ZE Consultancy Ltd to say that they could offer help in returning up to 64% of our original Reclaim outlay. Same address and contact details as per previous blogs. Says they are a legal company andd that they are working on behalf of Reclaim Investment Bank. Usual requirment of £296.00 once you have seen the consultant. Intend to meet this guy tomorrow 12/09/2012 to get the full story !! Has anyone any further info on this person or company?

Hi , I too have not had my retorts published by Mr Garcias blog, I would like to try and reply on this forum ,Gulliver holiday software has never had any dealings with itra or club class , we do not contact timeshare owners and do not trade in timeshare , we do not sell timeshare or holiday club memberships , in fact we are wholesalers to the travel industry ,that rsells computer software and consulting services to new ventures in the holiday industry ,end users who purchase our software and licences from our agent’s have the same rights as anybody who buys computer software from a shop and returns it sealed , I hope at least you will publish this so people can make up their own minds,you should not believe everything on the net , a lot of people have their own agenda

Just had a call from ZE group offering all this and more. Having been scammed by ILG and many other attempts, all I want to know is this another scam or are they for real?
